USDT & Crypto Withdrawal via Finrax

This is a guide for using Finrax to withdraw Tether (USDT) and other cryptocurrencies.

※ To avoid impacting your trading, withdrawals can only be made from the Wallet (Hantec Markets Wallet).

So before requesting a withdrawal, please first perform an internal transfer from your trading account to your Wallet (Hantec Markets Wallet).

🔐 Important notes when requesting a withdrawal

• When making your first withdrawal request or requesting a new crypto wallet address, a verification email will be sent to your registered email address for security purposes.
• Please reply to that email with the following documents attached for verification:
1. Your crypto wallet address to be used
2. A copy of your ID previously used for KYC
• After verification is complete, for enhanced security, please delete the verified email from your ‘Sent Mail’ folder.
(※ Keeping it may risk personal information leakage or security incidents.)

This process is a mandatory security measure to protect customers’ assets, so please make sure to follow it.

This is the first step for a quick and secure cryptocurrency withdrawal.

1. Click [Wallet & Balance] from the left menu.
→ You need to perform an internal transfer first to withdraw funds.
2. Select [Manage Funds], enter the amount, and click [Transfer Funds].
→ Enter the amount you wish to transfer from your trading account to your Hantec wallet, then click the [Transfer Funds] button.

※ Withdrawals can only be made from the Wallet (Hantec Markets Wallet) to avoid affecting your trading.

So before requesting a withdrawal, please perform an internal transfer from your trading account to your Wallet (Hantec Markets Wallet).

3. From the left menu, select [Wallet & Balance] and click the [Withdraw Funds] button.
4. Then choose [CASHIER] as the withdrawal method.

Example 1. How to withdraw Bitcoin (BTC)

First, select the cryptocurrency you used for your deposit. (Example: Bitcoin)

Enter the wallet address where you will receive the funds.

※ Be sure to verify the wallet address before submitting your withdrawal request.

Example 2. How to withdraw USDT Tether - TRC20

First, select the cryptocurrency you used for your deposit. (Example: USDT Tether - TRC20)

Enter the wallet address where you will receive the funds.

※ Be sure to verify the wallet address before submitting your withdrawal request.

 

5. Enter the withdrawal amount (in USD), then click the [WITHDRAW] button to complete your withdrawal request.
   

※ Always verify the wallet address before requesting a withdrawal.

※ Once the withdrawal is complete, please close the page.

※ It takes about 1 to 5 hours for the funds to be deposited after the withdrawal is completed.
