USDT & Crypto Deposit via Finrax 🔥

This is a guide for using Finrax to deposit Tether (USDT) and other cryptocurrencies.

This is the first step for a quick and secure deposit.

1. First, select the trading account you want to fund.
2. Click the [Deposit] button at the top of the screen to proceed with the deposit process.

3. Select the trading account you want to fund.
4. Among the deposit methods, select ‘CASHIER’ deposit.

5. Enter the amount in USD (US Dollar).
6. On the next screen, agree to the terms of use and click the [Deposit] button.
   

※ Min-Max per transaction: 50 USD - 50,000 USD

Important Notes

• Deposits from third parties are not allowed.
• You must deposit the exact amount you entered in the deposit request.
• The deposit must be completed within the time limit to be processed normally.
• For cryptocurrency deposits, you must first submit a deposit request and then transfer to the issued wallet address. The company is not responsible for losses due to incorrect deposits.
• If you use an old address, exceed the deposit time limit, or deposit the wrong amount, it will not be automatically processed. Please contact customer support for manual processing.

CASE 1. How to deposit USDT Tether

1. First, select the cryptocurrency you own that you will use for the deposit.
(Example: stable coin USDT Tether)
2. Select the corresponding network such as ERC-20 or TRC-20, then click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the screen.
3. Copy the issued wallet address or scan the QR code to complete the transfer, then click ‘Sent’ at the bottom of the screen.
   

※ Always transfer to the wallet address after submitting a deposit request. Deposit addresses may change.

CASE 2. How to deposit BTC Bitcoin

1. First, select the cryptocurrency you own that you will use for the deposit.
(Example: BTC Bitcoin)
2. Then select the BTC network and click ‘Continue’ at the bottom of the screen.
3. Copy the issued wallet address or scan the QR code to complete the transfer, then click ‘Sent’ at the bottom of the screen.
   

※ Always transfer to the wallet address after submitting a deposit request. Deposit addresses may change.

7. Once the deposit is complete, the top of the screen will change to say Payment completed (Deposit confirmed), indicating that your deposit request has been successfully processed.
   

※ If your deposit request is complete, please close that page.

After completing your deposit, it may take approximately 3 to 20 minutes for the system to automatically reflect it.

If it is not reflected even after the expected time, please contact customer support.
